Anstro Manufacturing is a manufacturer of brake components for aftermarket and OE suppliers. Anstro's main products include Backing Plates, Shims, Caliper and Attaching Hardware. |
- With an active product line of over 3,000 SKUs, the Company
offers one of the most extensive product lines in the industry,
carrying virtually every type of disc system. The majority of
Anstro's products represent a smaller component of the overall
braking system (i.e., shims, hardware). The majority of the
division's revenues are from shims, which are sound and
vibration dampening parts attached to back plates. Following the
integration with IBI, Anstro became the #1 producer of shims in
the industry (43% market share). In addition to shims, the
Company produces back plates, which are eventually attached to
friction material, and connection hardware. Within its primary
product categories, shims and hardware, the Company has
established meaningful market share positions, which have
increased steadily over time.

Our new Quiet Clips™ are Making Noise
By NOT Making Noise
Our test results* are in. These tests show that a significant reduction in noise is obtainable with the installation of our Quiet Clips™`. The nitrile polymer coating on our abutment clips helps to reduce the transfer of vibration/noise (squeals, creaks and groans) from the pads to the caliper bracket, effectively eliminating this source of brake noise.
*Tests conducted by an independent facility. Over a 1,000 simulated forward and reverse braking, performed in a controlled dynamometer test chamber, at varying temperatures and pressures with no additional noise control measures incorporated. Complete test results available upon request.

- The Company's sales consist primarily of hardware kits,
servicing both disc and drum systems. The kits consist of
various component parts, including attaching plate and shoe
hardware, which are sourced from both Anstro and outside
suppliers. IBI produce a small portion of its product offering.
With a product offering of over 6,000 active SKUs, available as
either kits tailored to a specific brake system or in bulk,
IBI's offers its customers both the scale and responsiveness
necessary to be first to market following the introduction of
new or refined braking system.

Idle Air Control (IAC's)
BLD is the leading manufacturer of Idle Air Controls for the automotive aftermarket. IAC's are an electromechanical valve that adjusts the engine's idle speed based on electrical feedback from the vehicle's computer. IAC's are used on current GM and Chrysler models.

- The Company offers a full line of components parts
consisting of approximately 3,500 SKUs. The product line
includes various components integral to the emissions systems,
electronic fuel injection, and carburetors of automotive
engines.
