BLD - Engine Controls

Located in Holland, MI, BLD is a manufacturer of high quality actuators, valves and sensors used in light vehicle engine and transmission control. BLD markets its products primarily to the global independent automotive aftermarket as well as niche segments of the automotive OE and OES markets. Novo Products, Inc. located in Ocala, FL, and operated as a subsidiary of BLD, is the world's largest manufacturer of PCV valves.

Products
The primary focuses of the BLD and Novo product lines centers around vacuum and electromechanical devices that sense and control the engine management and transmission systems of light vehicles. BLD offers an extensive range of part numbers covering a wide variety of global applications. The major product categories include PCV Valves, Air Control Valves, Fuel Pressure Regulators, Temperature Sensors, Carburetor and Distributor Controls.

Customers
BLD and Novo have long standing partnerships with all of the major North American aftermarket engine management and filter providers, some of which include Standard Motor Products, Wells, Honeywell and Champion Laboratories. BLD and Novo also supply a variety of parts tier I or tier II to GM, Ford, Chrysler and their respective service organizations. In addition to North American, BLD is developing a network of global customers serving the engine management sector.
